Mr. Vinod Juneja is a seasoned immigration professional with a strong academic and practical background. After earning his MBA in India, he pursued a Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice, qualifying as a Licensed Immigration Adviser in 2018.
With over 15 years of international experience in Student visa applications (Seven years in New Zealand and over 8 years in India) in immigration and visa services, Mr. Juneja has successfully handled a wide range of complex cases, including:
- Deportation liability notices suspensions or cancellations
- Refugee and protected person claims
- Appeals to the Minister of Immigration
- Student visa applications (onshore & offshore)
- Appeals to the Immigration and Protection Tribunal
- Complaints and representations to the Ombudsman

Mr. Vinay Juneja serves as Personal Secretary at Immigration Star and has been part of the firm for over two years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from India and brings more than 10 years of experience in legal practice.
At Immigration Star, Vinay plays a key role in administrative coordination, document management, and compliance support, ensuring that daily operations run efficiently. Mrs. Mamta Juneja leads the Marketing and Business Development division at Immigration Star. Since joining in 2017, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening the firm’s brand visibility and building long-term client relationships.
Mamta holds a master’s degree in economics (Hons) from India and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business from New Zealand. Her academic grounding, combined with more than 8 years of professional experience in marketing and client service, has helped Immigration Star grow both in reputation and reach.
She is known for her integrity, professionalism, and a strong client-first approach, ensuring that the firm maintains its commitment to ethical practice and service excellence.
